Pace yourself for a flat belly!



Burning fat from your belly requires the best digestion and metabolism. Avoid eating your food too quickly! You will adversely affects the fat burning procedure.  Fast eating makes the metabolic rate lower which in turn deposit more fats in your belly.

It has shown that eating slowly breaking down all the food particles increases metabolism. Adding  exercise will boost you to burn the fat quickly. A faster track to a flat belly and a GREAT boost in self confidence will be the result.

So keep this saying in your mind, if you want a flat belly faster, you should eat more slowly and take the time to chew your food thoroughly.

It can be related with a proverb, Slow and Steady wins the race. Yes, that’s true. Only slow eating will lead you to that sexy flat belly. Enjoy your food slowly and steadily and drink enough water and get the flat belly of your dreams.

It is also recommended to avoid drinking too much water during the meal.  A glass 20 minutes before and after will avoid diluting much needed digestive juices in the gut.

Eating speed determines the rate of gaining belly fat – Weight gain is directly proportional to Eating speed.

Take the time and enjoy your  meal.  You may be surprised at how more quickly you begin to enjoy a flat belly!
